A Vitamin C Experiment
Today students performed a simple titration experiment to find out how much vitamin C is in the drinks that we buy. During the titration, students added drops of each drink to an indicator solution until the indicator changed color. Students then figured out why the color change happens and why the lowest amount of drops needed for the color change means that the drink contains the highest amount of vitamin C. Ask them to tell you about the results of their experiment!
