Our Carbon Footprint Today, students learned what a carbon footprint is by playing the Carbon Footprint game. Students learned about different human activities that increase and reduce our carbon footprints. In the Carbon Footprint game, students made decisions that affected their carbon footprint, but were also presented with situations where they could not make decisions. This is meant to show that our carbon footprint is affect by our decisions but also by external factors that are out of our control. Students had the option to play the game again, and make decisions based on things they know will reduce their carbon footprint. Nuestra Huella de Carbono Hoy, los estudiantes aprendieron lo que es una huella de carbono jugando el juego de la Huella de Carbono. Los estudiantes aprendieron sobre las diferentes actividades humanas que aumentan y reducen nuestras huellas de carbono. En el juego de la Huella de Carbono, los estudiantes tomaron decisiones que afectaron su huella de carbono, pero también se les presentaron situaciones en las que no podían tomar decisiones.
